Once again BCI will be supporting the hosting of yoga classes that help build fitness and reduce inflammation, depression and fatigue.
Two classes will operate each week with the first starting on Tuesday 4 February. Classes will be held on Tuesday from 6pm to 7.30pm and Thursday 11am to 12.30pm over 10 weeks.
Come along with a friend or carer and enjoy the benefits that come from yoga.
First class is free and $90 thereafter for the remaining classes.
