HISTORY

21.7.99

  • Found a lump in the 3 o’clock position of right breast (upper inner quadrant) and a second lump just above this
  • No other breast symptoms
  • Menarche at age 11 years
  • Pre-menopausal; one live birth at age 17, given up for adoption.
  • Oral contraceptive use for 10 years, but has been attempting to conceive for the last 6 months
  • No family history of malignancy
  • Post-prandial nausea for 2 years with more recent retrosternal discomfort, diagnosed as Barrett’s oesophagitis
