HISTORY
21.7.99
- Found a lump in the 3 o’clock position of right breast (upper inner quadrant) and a second lump just above this
- No other breast symptoms
- Menarche at age 11 years
- Pre-menopausal; one live birth at age 17, given up for adoption.
- Oral contraceptive use for 10 years, but has been attempting to conceive for the last 6 months
No family history of malignancy
- Post-prandial nausea for 2 years with more recent retrosternal discomfort, diagnosed as Barrett’s oesophagitis
