Patient noted lump in the upper inner quadrant of the RIGHT breast 8 cm from the nipple at the one o'clock position.

• Private Ultrasound: SUSPICIOUS

10mm lesion detected
hypoechoic, some internal echos
slightly irregular border
some posterior enhancement

15 September 1995: Ultrasound

• Private Mammogram: NEGATIVE
