HISTORY:

July 1996:
One month history of intermittent discomfort of the right breast. Presented to general practitioner.

• Underwent a diagnostic mammogram (said to be 'abnormal' but films not available)

• Menarche - 15 years old

  • G3 P3

  • Aged 25 at first pregnancy

• No prior hormone exposure

• Hairdresser

• No family history

• Premenopausal

• No significant past history
