HISTORY

August 1996:

  • Noted a distinct, hard 'pea-sized' lump in the upper inner quadrant of the right breast.

  • Menarche - 14.5 years old

  • G2 P2

  • Aged 33 at first pregnancy (children aged 4.5 years and 13 months)

  • Prior OCP for 5 years; oestrogen patches for 2/12 after lump was first detected for migraines associated with menstruation.

  • No family history

  • Premenopausal

  • Past history of hypertension - well controlled since age 23 on Tenormin.

  • Bilateral silicon implants - 1987
