HISTORY:

October 1997 LMO palpated a lump in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast on routine breast examination.

Gynae history

  • Menarche 16
  • G3 P3
  • Aged 25 at first delivery, breast fed all children for at least three months
  • Still menstruating
  • Never used OCP
  • No previous breast history, no nipple discharge
  • No previous breast imaging

Previous Medical History

  • Asthma
  • Allergies: nil
  • Alcohol / cigarettes: nil

Family History

  • Maternal Aunt - Pagets disease, aged 50
