How to detect breast cancer in the early stages and reduce your risk of death from 50% to 3%.

Did you know that, as an Australian woman, you have a 1 in 8 lifetime chance of developing invasive breast cancer and a 1 in 56 chance of breast cancer causing your death? Are you aware that 75% of women who are diagnosed with breast cancer are between the ages of 50-69?

It’s true.

And if you don’t find a cancerous lump in your breast until it’s bigger than a cherry, there’s a 50% chance you could die from it, if it has already spread to your glands under your armpit. However, if you detect breast cancer with a BreastScreen mammogram when it's the size of a pea or smaller, the likelihood that you will die falls as low as 3% if it is still contained to your breast.

To help you diagnose breast cancer early, I’ve created a FREE 5-day e-mail course. It answers the following questions:

  1. What are the signs and symptoms of breast cancer?
I’ll answer that question for you, including 12 potential warning signs to look out for
  2. How do you spot the breast cancer when it’s the size of a pea or smaller?
Including how to get a free mammogram if you are aged over 40 years and especially if you are aged 50 to 69. I’ll also tell you how to do a 5-minute breast self-examination once a month
  3. Is it possible to determine your personal risk of breast cancer?
While the average Australian woman has a 1 in 8 chance of contracting breast cancer, you may have a higher or lower probability depending on your age, your family history and whether you have taken hormone replacement therapy. Discover how likely you are to be diagnosed with breast cancer over the next 5 years, 10 years and throughout your lifetime
  4. Can you reduce your risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer?
The truth is many of the risks are based around your age, however I’ll show you seven things that can be done which may decrease your risk
