A humorous mastectomy story |
|
One girl who had had a mastectomy (double maybe) was out with her girlfriends one night dancing away and having a great time when a guy just attached himself (literally) to her. He kept pawing & groping her and wouldn't take a hint, even after being told to P off. Until finally she turned to him and said "If you like them so much here, have them!!" And pulled out her bra inserts and handed them to him!! Well he ran for cover, everyone apparently on the dance floor went very quiet as their jaws hit the floor and her friends all burst out laughing! |

"In mental health we use the butterfly as a symbol of transformation, rebirth, an event to focus the consumer on the future. We could well use the same symbol for women diagnosed with DCIS." |

"I was in a dream. My world had gone crazy. Here I was in my dear family doctor’s rooms talking about cancer in my breast. He did not say that it was cancer – he couldn’t, but I knew as soon as I saw the small ‘malignant’ shadow. What was I going to do?" |
