Westmead Breast Cancer Institute (BCI) Research Program

 The Westmead Breast Cancer Institute (BCI) supports collaborative research and currently has partnerships with clinical and research institutions both nationally and internationally.

Breast Cancer Institute, Westmead Research Advisory Committee

The Research Administrative Committee (RAC) compromises members representing several clinical research areas. The aims and scope of the RAC are to conduct a clinical review process of all proposed research undertaken by the Breast Cancer Institute (BCI).

Professor John Boyages is the chair of the RAC. Committee members assist in the review of project proposals and provide comments when relevant to their area of speciality. They are also responsible for overseeing the efficient conduct of each study within their area of speciality, ensuring appropriate milestones are achieved.
