Patient Age: 92
Radical mastectomy in 1959 followed by DXR
presents with a one month history of lymphoedema
arm function slightly restricted because of arthritis
seen at Westmead BCI on 2 August 2000
Clinical findings:
5 cm difference in girth 10 cm below the olecranon
erythema noted around inner arm and pacemaker
radical mastectomy scar
telangiectasia – IMC region consistent with previous DXR
