Patient Age: 45
This 45-year-old patient was treated with conservative surgery and radiotherapy for a 10 mm grade 3 carcinoma with minimal DCIS twelve months earlier.
On a routine examination the patient also underwent an axillary dissection and was node negative.
On a routine review the patient’s treated breast, on the right side, was noted to be slightly swollen and tattoos were noted from the radiotherapy planning.
The nipple areola complex was noted to be abnormal.
