August 1996:
Noted a distinct, hard 'pea-sized' lump in the upper inner quadrant of the right breast.
Menarche - 14.5 years old
G2 P2
Aged 33 at first pregnancy (children aged 4.5 years and 13 months)
Prior OCP for 5 years; oestrogen patches for 2/12 after lump was first detected for migraines associated with menstruation.
No family history
Premenopausal
Past history of hypertension - well controlled since age 23 on Tenormin.
Bilateral silicon implants - 1987
