HISTORY:

May 1997

Patient noted eczema of the left nipple, contact bleeding but no discharge.

Treated conservatively by LMO with no improvement.

Gynae History

  • Menarche - 16 years old
  • G3 P2, one miscarriage
  • Aged 26 at first delivery
  • Still menstruating
  • Never used OCP
  • No previous breast history
  • No previous mammograms
  • Patient speaks Mandarin Chinese
  • No previous medical/surgical history

    Benign calcification in Left breastNo architectural distortion, or grouped microcalcification

Clinical Examination

A 3cm diameter area of dry scaling skin over the left nipple. No nipple retraction, no discharge, no palpable mass.Axilla normal.
