HISTORY:
May 1997
Patient noted eczema of the left nipple, contact bleeding but no discharge.
Treated conservatively by LMO with no improvement.
Gynae History
- Menarche - 16 years old
- G3 P2, one miscarriage
- Aged 26 at first delivery
- Still menstruating
- Never used OCP
- No previous breast history
- No previous mammograms
- Patient speaks Mandarin Chinese
- No previous medical/surgical history

Benign calcification in Left breastNo architectural distortion, or grouped microcalcification
Ultrasound
Normal echotexture in both breasts

Clinical Examination
A 3cm diameter area of dry scaling skin over the left nipple. No nipple retraction, no discharge, no palpable mass.Axilla normal.
RECOMMENDATION:
- Suspicious lesion
- Oncology opinion
