HISTORY

December 1993

  • Left mastectomy for two screen-detected carcinoma of breast.

    On adjuvant tamoxifen since.

  • Screening mammography and ultrasound showed right sided breast lesion
  • No other symptoms
  • Menarche aged 9 years. Menopause aged 43 years
  • G2P2. Aged 23 years at first pregnancy
  • On hormone replacement therapy for 12 months until first breast malignancy in 1993
  • Mother developed breast cancer at age 60 but died of unrelated cause in her 80’s
  • Other medical problems include hypertension and renal artery stenosis
